The four bedroom house is 250 m sq. With the exception of Cól-Ros, a double (160x200cm bed), the rooms can be configured as either twins (90x200cm) or king-size doubles (180x200cm). Solana is the largest room and can be set up as a triple if required. Rivatél and Argila have connecting doors, making them ideal for families.

The ground floor also features a south-facing living/dining area, Upstairs there is a spacious bedroom with en-suite shower room and washbasin. Garobit is ideally suited for two guests, with the bedroom configurable as either a twin or king-size double. There is additionally a sofa-bed on the ground floor, which allows the option of sleeping three in total.
